Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been paid.

• The booking details and the boarding point are sent after the payment is confirmed.
• The minimum booking time depends on the yacht or package you choose.
• The yacht, the date and the time are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Please check all package details and extra services before you confirm the booking.

Payment

The remaining balance must be paid before boarding the yacht.

• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
• Services or extras requested after the booking is confirmed, such as decorations, cake, food, photography or water sports, may cost extra.

Arrival and Departure Time

Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the trip.

• The trip starts at the time stated in the booking, and the duration is not extended if guests arrive late.
• The boarding point and contact details are sent before the trip.

Required Identification

Every guest must carry an original Emirates ID or original passport when boarding the yacht, as required by the marina and the authorities.

Safety on Board

The instructions of the captain and crew must be followed during the whole trip.

• The captain may change the route or stop any activity if there is a safety risk or because of sea or weather conditions.
• Safety equipment is provided on board as required by the applicable rules.

Children on Board

Children are welcome on board when a parent or a responsible guardian supervises them during the whole trip and makes sure they follow the safety instructions.

Swimming and Water Activities

Swimming and water activities depend on the weather, the sea conditions and the captain's approval.

• Swimming is allowed only before 6 PM.
• Always ask the captain before entering the water.
• Water sports follow the safety instructions and the applicable regulations.
• Any activity may be stopped if the captain or crew consider it unsafe.

Guest Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or careless behaviour by them or their guests.

• Please look after the furniture, equipment and decorations on board.
• Rent Yacht Abu Dhabi (Toot Fun Yachts) is not responsible for personal belongings lost or left on board.

Prohibited Substances and Behaviour

Drugs and any substances prohibited by law are not allowed on board.

• Any behaviour that puts guests, children, crew or the yacht at risk is not allowed.
• The captain may end the trip if safety instructions are ignored or a serious violation happens.

Food and Drinks

You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks on board unless your package states otherwise. Guests who bring alcoholic drinks for personal use do so at their own responsibility and must follow the applicable laws and the yacht and marina rules.

Decorations and Extra Services

Decorations and extras are prepared according to the package and the services confirmed at the time of booking.

• Some details, colours or items may vary depending on availability.
• Special requests or changes must be agreed in advance and may cost extra.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on board.

Number of Guests

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum allowed for the yacht you booked. Extra guests above the approved capacity may be refused boarding.

Weather and Sea Conditions

All trips depend on the weather, the sea conditions and the instructions of the authorities. If a trip cannot go ahead for safety reasons, we contact you about a new date or another option in line with our cancellation policy.

Technical Faults

If a technical fault stops the yacht from operating safely, we may provide a suitable alternative yacht, move the trip to another date, or offer another fair arrangement, depending on availability.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings follow our cancellation and refund policy. Please read it before paying the deposit and confirming your booking.

Acceptance of the Terms

Paying the deposit or confirming the booking means you accept these terms and conditions and the details of the package and services you chose, and you agree to follow the safety instructions of the captain and crew.
