Cancellation Policy

Trip Cancellation

Cancellations are counted from the departure time in your booking confirmation.

• Cancel 72 hours or more before the trip and you get an 80% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the trip are not refundable.
• Services prepared only for your trip, such as custom decorations, a cake or special requests, may be non-refundable once ordered.

Changing the Date

You may change the date or time of your trip once for free when you ask at least 72 hours before the trip.

• New dates depend on the availability of the yacht, the date and the time.
• Changes asked less than 72 hours before the trip may not be possible, and the cancellation terms may then apply.
• The same yacht or time slot cannot always be guaranteed on a new date.

No-Show or Late Arrival

If you or your guests do not arrive for the trip, the amount paid is not refunded.

• Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the trip.
• The trip starts at the booked time and is not extended for late arrival.

Cancellation by Us

If a trip cannot go ahead because of bad weather, sea restrictions, instructions from the authorities or a technical fault, we will offer one of these options:

• A new date for your trip.
• A suitable alternative yacht, subject to availability.
• A refund of the amount paid if no alternative yacht or new date is possible.

The safety of guests and crew always comes first, and the captain or the authorities may change or cancel a trip when conditions are unsafe.

Packages and Custom Services

Some packages include services prepared in advance, such as decorations, balloons, cakes, food, flowers or photography.

If you cancel after these services have been bought or prepared, their cost may not be refunded even when the booking qualifies for a partial refund. We explain any non-refundable costs to you.

Peak Periods and Special Dates

Bookings on weekends, public holidays and other busy dates may have different cancellation or rescheduling terms, which we explain before payment.

• New Year's Eve bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
